Martin Sauer, MA, LPC-S, is licensed as a professional counselor by the Texas Department of Health (License No. 14727). He has over 27 years of professional experience treating children, adults and families in Texas, Colorado, and Nebraska.

He obtained his BA in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Counseling from Adams State Uiversity in Alamosa, Colorado. Martin has worked in mental health centers in Nebraska, Colorado and Texas and was employed for three and a half years as an associate psychologist with TPMHMR's Children & Adolescent Services. He opened Amarillo Child & Family Counseling in 2000.

He has volunteered for Big Brother/Big Sisters, United Way, CASA, and Amarillo Area Teen Pregnancy Prevention Coalition.
